Location: London (Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office)

We work primarily with Private Equity Funds and their Portfolio Companies to create commercial value using Data & Artificial Intelligence. We also work with growth businesses, large corporates, multinationals, and charities. Our team of 400+ people spans commercial consulting, data science, and software engineering, with offices in London, New York, and Chennai.

Your key responsibilities

  • The primary focus of all our Consultants is to deliver high calibre commercial & technical solutions across our four core solutions: Core Reporting, Value Creation, Prep for Exit and Data Due Diligence.
  • Work as part of a small project team to deliver & build commercial & technical solutions for our clients.
  • Develop & maintain client relationships, including identifying & helping realize new business opportunities.
  • Take responsibility for your personal development, supported by our L&D team, completing internal and external training initiatives as required.
  • Support (and lead) internal projects & activities such as developing new client solutions and organizing office socials.
  • Act as an ambassador of JMAN values and provide mentorship to more junior team members as you become more experienced.

Requirements

Your skills and experience

  • Proficiency in German is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Excellent academic background and strong quantitative ability.
  • Proactive and high achiever in your chosen area of interest.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think from first principles.
  • Data science experience is valuable but not required.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Python is valuable but not required.
  • Ambitious, thoughtful, and not afraid to voice opinions.
  • Thrives under pressure and sees challenges as opportunities.
  • High level of self‑awareness and takes ownership of personal development.
  • Self‑starter, willing to do what’s required to grow our London office.
