JM Workforce Services are currently working with a Children's Social Care provider, led by an experienced and respected Directorship and Responsible Individual (RI) and Registered Manager in recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for a residential children’s home in Manchester. The organisation specialises in delivering exceptional residential care for children and young people with complex needs. What You Will Be Rewarded With:
- Hourly rate is £14.00 - £15.00 per hour - £50 per sleep!
- 28 Days Holiday including bank holidays
- Access to be enrolled onto your Level 5 Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a residential support worker within a residential children’s home setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred).
- Level 3 /4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (essential).
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
