Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We’re looking for Residential Support Workers to support children in care across the UK.
- Qualified staff (Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent and above): Earn a £300 joining bonus after working 10 shifts with us.
- Non-qualified staff: We still want you! Bring your caring and supportive approach and gain valuable experience working with children in care.
JM Workforce Services is an established specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary workers to the Child Social Care sector across the UK. We work with a wide range of clients from small independent providers to large multinational groups, and Local Authorities, providing them with residential childcare staff who have the necessary skills and experiences to care for children.
Flexible work: PAYE or self-employed
