Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We are looking for Residential Support Workers to support children in care across the UK. JM Workforce Services is an established specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary workers to the Child Social Care sector across the UK.
Your role will include:
- Providing emotional and practical support to children
- Assisting with daily activities such as meals, education, and leisure
- Encouraging independence and life skills

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in care or in a similar setting
