JM Workforce Services is looking for a number of Responsible Individuals to work with different Children\'s Home providers across the UK on either part-time or full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for children and young people.
Oversee staff coordination, scheduling, and facility utilisation to optimise efficiency.
Develop and manage the annual budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Implement auditing systems to ensure compliance with Childrens Home Regulations (England) 2015.
Establish key performance metrics and systems for continuous monitoring and improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain Ofsted compliance and manage property and car maintenance to meet health and safety standards.
Provide direct line management to Registered Managers, offering ongoing supervision, training, and performance reviews.
Oversee recruitment, develop disciplinary policies, and conduct incident investigations.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop tailored programmes for staff professional development.
Organise regular safeguarding training sessions and ensure timely responses to concerns.
Evaluate and optimise operational processes to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
Encourage innovative practices to improve operational effectiveness.
Maintain secure and accurate record-keeping systems.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Be available for scheduled on-call duties to handle emergencies promptly.
Strengthen partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders, engaging them in the holistic care of residents.
Establish feedback systems to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, monitoring the impact of changes on care quality and operational efficiency.
