JM Workforce Services are currently working with a Children\’s Social Care provider, with an experienced and respected Directorship and RI already in place based in Lincoln and Lincolnshire, to recruit a Registered Children\’s Home Manager . We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Registered Manager to lead a residential childrens home in Lincoln/Lincolnshire. The Registered Manager will oversee the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering a positive culture, and providing strong leadership to the staff team.
Compensation and Benefits: Β£50,000 – Β£60,000
(dependent on experience)

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the residential childrens home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team of staff, providing supervision, guidance, and support.
Develop and implement individual care and behaviour plans, along with risk assessments for each child, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
Maintain effective communication with children, families, external agencies, and professionals involved in their care.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Promote a positive and inclusive environment that values diversity and respects the rights of children and young people.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery, implementing improvements as necessary.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a residential childrens home setting.
Consistent Good or Outstanding Ofsted Judgements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
Sound knowledge of Ofsted legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)
DBS (preferred)
