This role involves managing product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing, and delivering merchandise to various retail locations throughout the UK. Duties
- Organise and implement visual merchandising strategies in retail outlets to optimise product presentation
- Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure accurate product placement according to company standards
- Supervise team members when needed during merchandising activities, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to during store visits and vehicle operation
Qualifications
- Proven experience within retail or merchandising environments desirable
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent organisational skills
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple locations efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism
