Panel Beater We are currently recruiting for a Panel Beater for a very busy bodyshop for a national accident repair centre. The general role will involve the repair or replacing of bodywork panels of damaged vehicles according to instruction on job sheets. This could include chassis or framework. Role Responsibilities * Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair. All equipment used, such as jigs, fixtures and welding equipment, will be operated as per the instructions, level of qualification and to the prescribed safety standards. * Adhere to the manufacturer’s literature and modification bulletins as appropriate to the repair and to the replacement of chassis and panel work. Where appropriate attend training courses to enable you to be updated on new techniques and produce development. * Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times, keeping the Company’s tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition. * To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.
