Pay: £516.00 per week Job Description: Salary: £516 per week + overtime Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Full-time, permanent Start: Immediate start available We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join a growing, family-run business. This is a varied, hands-on position split between warehouse/workshop duties and working on client sites. The role would suit someone who is practical, reliable and enjoys a role where no two days are necessarily the same. Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm Overtime available and required when necessary Due to the field-based nature of the role, early starts may be required , with core business hours between 6:00am and 6:00pm Approximately 3 days per week will be based at the warehouse/workshop, with around 2 days working across client sites. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Workshop Duties: Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes Picking, packing and preparing materials for projects Loading and unloading vehicles Moving materials in and out of the workshop Preparing tools, equipment and materials for site projects Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse/workshop environment Carrying out general housekeeping and labouring duties Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly Following all health and safety procedures and company standards Field & Site Duties: Delivering materials, tools and equipment to client sites Collecting materials from suppliers and transporting them between sites Assisting site teams with general labouring and setup duties Safely handling, loading, transporting and storing materials
