We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our clients Clinical Negligence team. This is a key role involving caseload management, team leadership, and contributing to the strategic development of the department and wider firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical negligence matters to a high standard
- Supervise, mentor and motivate fee-earners and support staff
- Support departmental growth through business development and regular networking (1 event per month)
- Contribute to management meetings and firm-wide initiatives
- Strengthen client relationships and support the firm’s Business Plan
- Promote a safe, professional and collaborative working environment
About You
- Admitted Solicitor or Paralegal with ideally 5+ years PQE in clinical negligence
- Demonstrated high performance in a senior or comparable role
- Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and handle sensitive or complex situations
- Confident in delegation, coaching, feedback and conflict management
- Flexible to work outside standard hours when reasonably required
