MET Technician We are currently recruiting for an MET Technician for a very busy bodyshop for a national accident repair centre. The general role will involve being able to follow methods that involve repairing customers' vehicles to a high standard. Role Responsibilities * Assessing damage of vehicles in terms of mechanical and electrical components * Using diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair electrical faults * Stripping and refitting parts on a vehicle that have been damaged * Repairing or replacing damaged panels and components to a required standard * Fixing mechanical damage * Aligning wheels * Ordering required parts from parts department * Working from job sheets * Prepare invoices on completed work Role Requirements * ATA qualified * 3 years' experience within motor vehicle refinishing trade * Attention to detail * Quality control * Ability to work under pressure * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Safety conscious Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week) Salary £36,465 plus up to £800 monthly bonus
