About the Company

Established for over 30 years, JM selection is recruiting for one of the UK's leading suppliers of architectural aluminium façade solutions. Specialising in the design, fabrication and installation of high-quality building envelope systems across the commercial, residential, retail, leisure and industrial sectors.

As the business project portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to lead the in-house design team and support the successful delivery of complex façade projects.

The Role

The Design Manager will lead the design department, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple façade projects from tender handover through to manufacture and installation. This role requires an experienced façade professional with extensive knowledge of aluminium glazing systems, curtain walling, windows, doors and associated building envelope products. The successful candidate will manage a team of designers while working closely with our commercial, production and installation departments to deliver technically robust, buildable and commercially successful solutions.
