Pay: From £35,000.00 per year Job Description: Roof Cleaning Supervisor Manage the daily, on-site activities of our in-house team delivering PPM (planned preventative maintenance) roof gutter cleaning contract and roofing maintenance works. Via a hands-on approach, ensure daily objectives andexpected schedule timelines are met and delivered and associated documentation is completed on time, in full. Ensure daily compliance with all aspects of health and safety, including POWRA’s and permits to work. Fulfil all planned and reactive works that accompany the contract. Carry out roofing surveys/conditions reports to generate accurate quotations and diagnose problems. Build on existing relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and enhancecompany reputation. Work closely with internal support team to drive performance. Key stakeholder engagement, ensure all (internal and external) stakeholders are sufficiently informed. Ensure compliance against all works specific documentation, RAMS, planning and site bookings and toolbox talks. Manage on call requirement to comply with contract SLA’s. Fulfil the on-call requirements of the FM team by forming part of the on-call rota. Responsibilities * Manage the onsite activities of our in-house team of roofing technicians to deliver PPM and reactive works across our large customer estate. Ensure all technicians are organised and motivated to complete each job as safely and efficiently as possible. Act as escalation point on issues and advise team on how to overcome problems. Daily site assessment and planning of task to ensure works are delivered in the most effective way possible. * Ensure compliance against a strict works schedule by maximising technician’s output and drive performance. Review of current schedule timings and feed back to stakeholder on any changes required. * To understand departmental KPI’s and use them to drive performance. Regular monitoring of the data to ensure these KPI’s are met daily * Control input of information into Job management system (Epix) and review all job sheets prior to job completion. Ensure compliance with customer portal and contract SLA’s.(Verisae) * Ensure contracted hours are worked by each technician monthly and that any overtime is collated accurately, isjustified/approved and signed off by SMT. Manage the on-call requirement to comply with contract SLA’s. * Responsibility for deployment of all policy and procedure information to the technician team. Ensure employees are fully compliant with all health and safety practices and that their focus on safety is prioritised. Ensure works order management system is used to complete POWRA’s on all works and that all permits to works are completed accurately. * Form part of the FM on call team rota and deliver the out of our requirements for the FM department. Adhere to the Office based employee on call policy. Minimum of 1-3 every 3 weeks Required Skills/Certifications * Experienced in estimating roof works * Knowledge of relevant legislation * Effective communicator * Effective problem-solving skills * Effective decision maker * Computer literate * Experiences at working at height * SMSTS * IPAF (preferred) * Experienced in the use of harness’s * Experience in the use of mechanical fall protection systems * Experience in the testing of mechanical fall protection systems (preferred) Full-time, Permanent In person
