We are currently recruiting for a Finance Clerk to join our clients busy finance team. This role will support sales ledger and credit control activities while managing purchase ledger processes and general finance duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise sales invoices and credit notes
- Allocate customer receipts and maintain accurate accounts
- Support credit control and chase outstanding payments
- Handle customer and supplier queries
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes
- Review supplier statement reconciliations
- Prepare and process supplier payments
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end processes
- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales ledger, purchase ledger, or finance administration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel and finance systems
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
