We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to join our team, specialising in placing top-quality candidates in the industrial sector.
The Role:
- Conduct telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
- Advertise vacancies on job boards within company guidelines
- Source candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network
- Liaise with clients
- Ensure relevant compliance documents are collated and processed
- Work with the team to fill bookings
- Conduct inductions
