Role Overview
Our client are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join their bodyshop team. You will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle panels on a range of vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring high-quality finishes and safe repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Repairing and replacing damaged panels on a range of vehicles
Removing and refitting body panels, trims, and components
Straightening chassis and panels using jig and pulling equipment
Welding, filling, grinding, and preparing panels for paint
Ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards
Working efficiently to meet turnaround time targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Liaising with paint preppers and paint technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Following job cards and repair specifications accurately
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop environment
Skilled in welding, xiskglj panel pulling, and structural repairs
Ability to work to manufacturer repair methods
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ATA/NVQ qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
