Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of construction equipment sales, service and support. As authorised dealers for SANY Construction Equipment and Thwaites Dumpers, we are committed to delivering outstanding aftersales support that maximises customer uptime and machine performance. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Aftersales Co-ordinator to join our team in Cwmbran. This is a key customer-facing role responsible for coordinating service activities, supporting engineers, managing customer enquiries and helping ensure machines remain operational, compliant and productive.

The Role

  • Coordinating planned maintenance, servicing and repair activities
  • Scheduling field service engineers and workshop resources
  • Managing customer service enquiries and maintenance requests
  • Supporting machine breakdown and emergency response activities
  • Monitoring work in progress and ensuring service commitments are achieved
  • Assisting with warranty administration and manufacturer claims
  • Coordinating parts availability with service requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records within business systems
  • Supporting service invoicing and job closure processes
  • Ensuring customers receive regular updates on machine status and repair progress
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the aftersales department

  • Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience within construction equipment, plant machinery, agricultural equipment, commercial vehicles or engineering sectors would be highly advantageous.
