Location: Horsham, RH12 3SB

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with potential overtime on a Saturday.
About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join their team in Horsham. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanic with previous hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs who is looking for their next opportunity.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of vehicle mechanics, be confident carrying out repairs and maintenance, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Mechanic is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and identify suitable repair solutions.
- Inspect vehicles to identify defects and ensure they are safe and roadworthy.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Complete work to a high standard, following relevant health and safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet workshop requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Vehicle Mechanic is essential.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently where required.
- Confident using workshop tools and mechanical equipment.
- A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
