Job Description:JM Selection is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer, for experienced CNC Machinists to join their growing production team.This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technology, producing high-quality aerospace components within a modern and highly regulated environment.Operate, set and programme CNC machinery to manufacture aerospace components.Machine composite and metallic materials to precise engineering specifications.Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment and probing systems.Read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.Conduct routine machine checks and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.Complete all production documentation accurately and maintain full traceability.Work to strict quality, safety and production standards.Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.RequirementsPrevious experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment.Experience machining composite and/or metallic materials.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Willingness to work permanent night shifts.Desirable ExperienceExperience with 5-axis CNC machinery.Aerospace, engineering or advanced manufacturing experience.Apprenticeship served within an engineering discipline.BenefitsCompetitive salary and shift allowance.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Long-term career prospects within a growing manufacturing environment.Modern and well-equipped facility.Option 1 (All hours 6am-6pm) Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and SundayWeek 2 - Wednesday and ThursdayOption 2Monday - Wednesday, 8pm-6amThursday - 7pm - 4:30am.
