A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Head of Risk & Compliance. The Risk & Compliance function plays a pivotal role across the business, working closely with fee earners across all practice areas to ensure the firm maintains the highest professional and regulatory standards.
The Role
- Partner with fee earners across the firm to embed a strong culture of compliance
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm's risk management strategy, policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations, the Legal Services Act 2007 and other regulatory frameworks
- Support the Head of Risk & Compliance with strategic initiatives and departmental oversight
