Legal Secretary to Head of Investment Management/ Funds - US Law firm. Salary up to £56,000 + 2 days wfh
Working in fantastic offices in the shadow of St Paul's cathedral supporting the Head of department and team.
Duties consist of:
- Extensive diary and travel management
- Billing - so advanced billing skills are a must, Excel and 3E .
- Communicating with clients and senior member of staff
- Will also have an Junior Legal Secretary in the department for support
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Looking for around 5+ years experience, ideally US. Investment Management experience would be ideal but the firm are open to Finance too.
- Law firm and billing experience is the highest priority
