This sought-after UK firm is seeking an organised, proactive Legal PA to provide first-class support to a busy Partner and the wider Commercial Real Estate team. What the Role Involves

  • Seamless PA support including diary management, inbox oversight, meetings, travel and document production.
  • Managing client onboarding: new matters, KYC, engagement letters and compliance processes.
  • Preparing and proofreading legal documents, coordinating with the Document Production Centre, and managing data room uploads.
  • Handling commercial property tasks such as Land Registry portal submissions, searches, engrossments and DocuSign management.
  • Supporting billing, financial administration, and occasional business development activity.

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Legal PA ideally in real estate, commercial or residential property.
  • Excellent document skills, accuracy, and fast typing (75wpm+).
  • Strong knowledge of systems such as BigHand, iManage, DocuSign and Microsoft Office.
  • A calm, organised multitasker with great communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, team-focused and able to build strong working relationships.
