We are hiring two Learning & Development Coordinators to support training, compliance, and development programmes across international offices.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate training sessions and track attendance
- Monitor licence renewals, compliance training, and visa expiries
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain LMS content, records, and reporting
- Assist with performance reviews and accreditation processes
- Manage training logistics, surveys, and external course bookings
- Experience in L&D or training coordination (professional services preferred)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- £38,000 - £45,000 salary
