We're recruiting a proactive and highly organised Junior Legal PA to join a busy Corporate team supporting senior fee earners within a prestigious international law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous professional services or legal support experience who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

You'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, handling billing and expenses, and providing first-class administrative support day to day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing busy diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Preparing documents, correspondence and presentations
  • Processing expenses, timesheets and billing
  • Supporting with client communication and inbox management
  • Liaising with internal teams including Reception and Operations
  • Providing proactive day-to-day support to senior stakeholders
