Are you the one who secretly enjoys a pitch deadline? You know who you are... The one who can juggle diaries, organise an international meeting, pull together a winning pitch, chase twelve people for their input (without sounding like you're chasing them) and somehow still have time for a coffee.

If your Business Development skills are just as strong as your PA skills, this one's got your name written all over it.

The role...

You'll be supporting the Head of Business Development at one of the world's leading international law firms, becoming their right hand and helping keep a busy global BD function running like clockwork. This isn't your typical diary-and-docs role. You'll become heavily involved in:

  • Coordinating high-profile pitches and proposals
  • Supporting major client events and marketing initiatives
  • Managing international meetings and stakeholder relationships
  • Helping drive strategic business development projects
  • Keeping multiple deadlines on track (without breaking a sweat... or at least not visibly!)

Why this firm?

This firm is a recognised name on the international legal stage, particularly renowned for advising clients across the energy, infrastructure, transport, real estate and asset finance sectors. Its client list includes major global corporations, financial institutions, governments, investors, developers and household-name organisations, working on some of the largest and most complex cross-border projects in the world. No two days are the same, and neither are the clients.

The culture? Professional without the pretence. Ambitious without the ego. You'll be joining a firm that encourages collaboration, values its support teams and gives you the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, all while being trusted to make a genuine impact.

Who are we looking for?

An experienced Legal PA/Executive Assistant who has strong Business Development experience and enjoys being involved in the commercial side of a law firm. You're organised, proactive, brilliant with stakeholders and know exactly what it takes to keep senior people one step ahead.

If you've ever thought, 'I wish I could use more of my BD experience instead of just updating contact lists...' this could be exactly the opportunity you've been waiting for.

12-month contract. First-class team. High-profile work. Plenty of variety. Because let's be honest... Anyone can manage a diary. It takes a special kind of Legal EA to help win the next client.
