Location: Central London
Salary: c£75,000
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
The Partner relies heavily on their EA, so this role would suit someone proactive, forward-thinking and confident taking ownership of their workload, anticipating needs and managing competing priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management, inbox oversight and meeting coordination.
- Arranging international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting client relationships, business development activity and follow-up actions.
- Coordinating expenses, invoices, meetings and other administrative processes.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as an EA or senior-level PA, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, sound judgement and a highly professional approach.
- Someone who can work autonomously, use their initiative and confidently prioritise on behalf of a busy Partner.
