An exciting Media & Entertainment law firm with a long list of well-known clients is offering you the opportunity to join their leading Real Estate & Development team.
Salary: £47,000
Hybrid: 3/2
Location: Central London
This flourishing firm is looking to add a Legal Secretary/PA to support a new Partner and their team. The ideal Legal Secretary/PA will have up to date Real Estate/Commercial/Residential Property experience and be looking to build on this.
The role involves:
- Providing a full secretarial service to partners and other fee earners
- Making travel arrangements to assist fee earners and providing itineraries
- Diary management/scheduling appointments
- Comprehensive use of Bighand and Outlook
- Type correspondence by copy (and/or audio), compile documents/replies to letters and liaise with the document centre
- Opening/closing client matters and compliance
- Drafting AP1s (and associate forms) and SDLTs as required
- Conducting TM, insolvency and Land Registry searches
- Assisting with the preparation of financial and completion statements
- Saving and filing emails
- Organising and maintaining a comprehensive filing and document management system
- Accurate use of DocuSign
- Screening incoming calls and assisting clients where possible
- Scanning and copying or liaising with general office
