My Client, a renowned full-service Law firm seek an ambitious Legal Secretary to join their award winning Corporate department. They have grown from strength to strength and are known for their highly sought after Media & Entertainment department where the work seeps into other departments throughout the firm, making the work extremely interesting! The suitable Candidate will be comfortable completing a real 360 degrees Secretarial role whereby confidence with amending documents and billing is paramount. They are a laid back, social bunch and are open to receiving CV’s from Candidates who have experience with supporting Fee Earners and are looking to gain their first Secretarial role within the City. Based in one of the most sought after London location Interesting Media & Entertainment work Paying up to £43,000 Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home Supporting an allocation of 2 Partners and other Fee Earners Full comprehensive benefits list! Duties: Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments. Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style. Manage the billing process. Arranging global travel to include business itineraries. Email management. Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports. Time entry. Assistance with the BD activities.
