Duties include:

E-Mail management; checking, prioritising and summarising emails on a daily basis

Provide assistance to the BD/Marketing team

Diary management; anticipating and managing meetings and events

Comprehensive travel arrangements; sourcing hotels, transportation and preparation of itineraries

Production of Legal correspondence and documentation

Building solid working relationships with the allocation of Fee and Earners and the wider organisation

Proactively providing assistance to those in contact with the management team
