This is a great opportunity for a Legal PA to become part of a highly regarded Fraud team, supporting market-leading lawyers on complex, high-profile and often international matters within a firm renowned for its excellence in dispute resolution. As a Legal PA you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of matters, managing key stakeholder relationships and providing first-class support to fee earners in a busy and interesting environment. The Role Managing busy and complex diaries, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and acting as a key point of contact for lawyers and clients. Supporting the full matter lifecycle, including client onboarding, compliance processes, conflict checks, KYC and matter management activities. Assisting with billing, financial administration, expenses, disbursements and credit control processes. Coordinating business development initiatives, events and CRM management to support client relationship activities. Collaborating with internal support teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. What They're Looking For Previous experience in a Legal PA, Team Assistant or professional services support role, ideally within a law firm. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands. Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with compliance, finance and matter management processes. Advanced MS Office skills coupled with a proactive approach to learning new systems and technology. A professional, personable and discreet communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
