My Client, a Global Law firm, who boast over 70 offices across the world and have at least 13,000 employees, seek a Legal PA to support their award-winning Corporate/Tax department. The role is supporting Partners, who require particular support with extensive travel arrangements, diary and email management and Business Development. Based in Liverpool Street. Hybrid working is 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Duties:
- Managing Fee Earner's diaries
- Manage fee earners' and own inbox, ensuring that the Client/matter related emails are dealt with promptly
- Arranging global travel
- Anticipates the needs of both internal and external Clients, responds to expectations and adds value by ensuring the Client experiences the highest quality of service
- Document processing; creating and amending Legal documents and correspondence, proof reading
- Liaising with Clients and knowing when to action urgent matters; following up on matters
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience of working within a Law firm, supporting their own allocation - or in a Hub setting.
