Salary - £48,000
Location - City of London
Hybrid - 3/2

Supporting a mix of 6/7 fee earners including Partners, they are looking for a driven and ambitious Legal PA with good experience who can roll up their sleeves and get stuck in straight away. The firm is known for their flexible and supportive nature helping you to feel settled from day one, and the office environment is one you’ll actually enjoy going to 3 days a week!
This is an ideal role for someone who supports their own allocation already but is looking for that little bit more responsibility. They also adopt a refreshing approach and are open to any legal background, although it would be advantageous if you have Corporate or Finance law experience.
Duties will include:
- Diary management
- Comprehensive travel arrangements
- E-mail management, checking, prioritising and summarising e-mails on a daily basis and reporting on and creating action points
- Time management - ensuring fee earners' time and narratives are inputted daily
- Drafting correspondence as required
- Establishing relationships with clients and anticipating their needs
- Document management, including opening files, archiving and ensuring that all relevant documents are filed electronically and paper-based as required
- Delegating where necessary administrative tasks to administrative members of the team
