My Client, an American Law firm, based in the heart of the City seeks a Legal PA to support Partners and Fee Earners within their Banking/Finance department. They currently have over 20 offices across the globe and include acting for 'Fortune 100' and top 10 Global Asset Management Firms.

The purpose of this role is to support your own allocation of Partners whilst supporting the Hub as and when you have capacity, which in turn provides support to Associates. Based in one of London's most sought after locations.

Paying up to £55,000. Hybrid working policy - 4/1.

Duties include:

  • Managing Outlook calendars
  • Arranging extensive travel
  • Managing workflow and coordinating projects
  • Managing emails and acting as a gatekeeper
  • Liaising with Clients and responding to queries, if necessary
  • Handling confidential information and preparing paperwork for meetings
  • Creating and amending Legal documentation, including correspondence

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous Legal Secretarial experience, gained within a Law firm
  • Previous experience of supporting Partner level
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong Client focus
