A highly regarded City-based professional services firm is seeking a Junior Legal PA to join its friendly Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary, Team Assistant or Junior PA looking to take the next step in their career.

Working closely with partners and fee earners, you will provide proactive support including:

  • diary and inbox management
  • meeting coordination
  • travel arrangements
  • billing
  • client administration
  • general team support

About You:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, confident and able to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
