Remote Legal Document Production Specialist - Based anywhere in the UK! Fully Remote | Evening Shift | 5pm - 1am | £32k

We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join a busy and professional document services team on a fully remote basis. This role requires previous document production experience gained within a legal environment and strong advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word formatting and amendments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Heavy legal document formatting and amendments
  • PDF conversion and editing
  • Creating and editing PowerPoint and Excel documents
  • Mail merges and pitch documentation
  • Using systems including DocuSign and Laserform
  • Supporting legal teams with high-quality document production
Requirements
  • Previous legal document production experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 65wpm
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently

Hours: Monday - Friday, 5pm - 1am
