This flourishing central London firm is looking to add a Legal Secretary/PA who is adept at supporting at partner level and has the knowledge and experience to play a key part in the growth and development of the Family Law team. As for the team and everyone else at the firm, you could not ask for a friendlier bunch and you’ll feel involved from the moment you join.
The role involves:
- Providing a full PA and secretarial service to partners and fee earners
- Making travel arrangements to assist fee earners and providing itineraries
- Proactive diary management/scheduling appointments/organising conferences
- Comprehensive use of Bighand and Outlook
- Typing correspondence by copy (and/or audio), compiling documents/replies to letters and liaising with the document centre
- Screening incoming calls assisting clients with enquiries where possible
- Opening/closing client matters and compliance
- Saving and filing emails/correspondence
- Organising and maintaining a comprehensive filing and document management system
- Accurate use of DocuSign and Bundledocs
- Coordinating with General Office
The ideal Legal Secretary/PA will have up-to-date Family/Matrimonial law experience but a strong Litigation background can be considered.
