Restructuring & Insolvency and Finance , offering a varied position combining high-level legal support, client liaison and business development.

The Role
- Providing high-level support to senior stakeholders, managing busy and ever-changing diaries.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries and managing associated logistics.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering excellent client service.
- Supporting business development initiatives, including client meetings, events, pitches and marketing activities.
- Maintaining client relationship management systems and ensuring contact information is kept up to date.
- Managing correspondence, preparing documents and coordinating with internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Proactively managing competing priorities, anticipating requirements and resolving issues before they arise.
- What They're Looking For
- Ideally, you'll have previous experience as a
Senior Legal PA within a City law firm , supporting Partners or other senior stakeholders.
You'll be highly organised, confident managing complex diaries and travel arrangements, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
A proactive and resilient approach is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting business development and client relationship activities would also be advantageous.
