Executive Assistant – Co-Managing Partner and members of the Board

Location: LondonSalary: £55,000-£60,000

Hybrid: 3:2

They're looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support their Co-Managing Partner and two other Senior Board members – three busy, inspiring, and genuinely great people to work with.

In this role, you will:

  • Own complex diaries and inboxes, managing priorities with speed and discretion
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board-level engagements
  • Prepare agendas, compile materials and follow up on action points
  • Act as a trusted link between leadership and the wider firm
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Ensure smooth, efficient planning of schedules and events
