My Client, a top 10 Global Law firm with over 200 years of history providing cutting-edge legal advice to respected household names across the world, seeks an Executive Assistant to support Board Level Partners. With over 25 global offices and more than 2,500 employees, they continuously win awards across all of their 10 core areas of law.

The role supports Senior Partners who require assistance with projects, business development, diary and email management, and travel, among other tasks. This position would suit a Senior Legal PA looking to transfer their skills to a new and challenging role.

Location: Liverpool Street

Snapshot of Duties:

  • Proactively manage diaries, including organising appointments, conferences, and meetings.
  • Assist with projects, managing the administrative process.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Coordinate business development activities.
  • Arrange travel accommodations.
  • Diarise, manage, and coordinate events, reservations, seminars, etc.
  • Produce accurate documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Respond to communications and draft correspondence as appropriate.

Candidates must have at least 5 years' experience working within a law firm, supporting Senior Partners.
