Job Description
Legal Secretaries/PA's needed for a fantastic international firm!
Salary: £48,000
Hybrid: 3:2
Location: City of London
Benefits: Excellent list including private medical insurance, free GP visit, contribution towards gym membership, subsidised staff restaurant and music lessons!
This firm remains a pace setter in the market and are looking to add two new Legal Secretaries/PA's for their Corporate Finance and Disputes & Investigations teams.
Allocations will include a Partner and a small amount of fee earners. Both are lively, sociable departments with a great togetherness so you'll feel part of team by the end of your first week.
Previous experience in Corporate, Finance or Disputes/Litigation would be ideal but this firm can consider other areas of law. So long as you have experience supporting your own allocation, you will pick up the rest quickly given the supportive nature of the firm and team!
Please see below for some of the duties involved:
- Proactively manage and maintain fee-earners' diaries
- Arrange the booking of conference rooms, video conference facilities, taxis refreshments and restaurants
- Organising travel arrangements through the firm's travel company, booking and confirmation of reservations, flights, hotels, car transfers, ordering currency and expense claims and producing detailed itineraries
- Monitoring and responding to post and/or emails
- Drafting letters and correspondence as required
- Effectively manage new client matter opening
- Document management
- Demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end billing process
- Preparation of agendas, presentations and meeting papers
