FIRST THINGS FIRST - THE HYBRID!
We all know the 50/50 hybrid policy is the unicorn of the Legal PA world
This firm genuinely puts its people first, recognising that great support professionals need both connection and flexibility to do their best work.
So you get the best of both worlds:
Half office. Half home. 100% appreciated.
THE ROLE
This is a true PA role for someone who loves the organisational side of supporting Partners.
Think:
Complex diary management
Travel coordination
Senior stakeholder liaison
Managing competing priorities
Keeping Partners one step ahead
Problem-solving and general organisational wizardry
You'll be the person making sure the Partner's world continues to turn smoothly, even when their calendar looks like a game of Tetris.
WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
You must have previous Legal PA experience, ideally supporting at Partner level, and you'll need to be exceptionally organised.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to spend their day buried in documents.
It's about organisation, anticipation and being the person who knows what's happening before everyone else does.
If you're naturally proactive, calm under pressure and enjoy being the trusted person behind a successful Partner, you'll fit right in.
AND THEN THERE'S THE OFFICE…
Honestly, it deserves its own paragraph.
Modern. Stylish. Seriously impressive.
With beautifully designed spaces and a resort-like atmosphere, it's the sort of office where you might actually find yourself thinking:
"Okay… I don't hate coming into the office."
Add a people-first culture, genuinely flexible working and one of the most coveted hybrid arrangements around, and this is an opportunity that ticks a lot of boxes.
Great office. Great culture. Great hybrid. A role where being ridiculously organised is actually the whole point.
