An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join the Financial Services team of a highly regarded international law firm in central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, proactive PA who enjoys working at Partner level in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. You'll play a key role in supporting senior lawyers, working closely with clients and becoming an integral part of a successful team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management.
- Travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Preparing correspondence, documents and presentations.
- Time recording and billing support.
- Document and file management.
- Proofreading and quality checking.
- Building strong relationships with Partners, colleagues and clients.
- Using technology and AI to improve efficiency and ways of working.
About You
You'll ideally have strong Legal PA experience, preferably supporting Partners within a law firm, together with excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
You'll be proactive, resilient and confident managing competing priorities, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
