Join an excellent Real Estate Disputes team as a Legal PA, supporting two Partners and a handful of other fee earners. This is a varied role offering genuine responsibility, exposure to high-profile matters and the opportunity to become the trusted support to senior lawyers.
The Role
Proactively manage complex diaries, inboxes, meetings and international travel arrangements for two Partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day support.
Coordinate the preparation of legal documents, reports presentations and client correspondence, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Take ownership of matter management processes, including file opening, compliance procedures, billing, WIP management and matter closure.
Act as a key liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, building strong relationships
Support business development through pitches, client events, credentials, contact management and relationship-building initiatives.
What They're Looking For
3+ years experience as a Legal PA/Secretary within a law firm or professional services environment, ideally supporting Partners.
A highly organised individual with excellent diary management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior lawyers and clients.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, excellent document production capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive, results focused team player with strong judgement and commercial awareness.
