Working for a progressive, dynamic US law firm in the City.
4:1 Hybrid working
This role requires a strong, experienced EA who has experience of working with more than one diary at one time.
Duties:
Diary management, coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls for multiple attendees across different time zones
Document production
Arranging meetings and events
Making travel arrangements
Supporting Partners and the Marketing team with Business Development
Supporting the Partners and working with the Accounts team to carry out monthly billing processes
The idea candidate would have Private Equity, Corporate, Finance, Banking experience from a leading law firm.
