About the Role
We are a fast-growing online maths tutoring business specialising in Scottish National 5 and Higher Maths. Due to strong exam-season demand, we are looking for high-performing university students or graduates with prior tutoring experience to deliver structured online group lessons. You will be teaching small groups (up to 10 students) using a fully systematised curriculum. All lesson content, slides, and teaching structure are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver 60-minute online group Maths lessons
- Follow a clear lesson structure and provided materials
- Support students' understanding and exam confidence
- Maintain a professional and reliable teaching standard
- Provide brief internal feedback after sessions
Requirements
- Achieved an A in Higher Maths (preferably 90%+)
- Currently studying or graduated in Maths, Engineering, Physics, or a related subject
- Previous Maths tutoring experience (1-to-1 or group, online or in-person)
- Confident explaining exam-level Maths clearly to students aged 14–17
- Available for at least 4 sessions per week (weekday evenings, initially between 5 and 8pm)
- Eligible to work in the UK
- PVG Scheme member (or willing to apply)
