Business Support Assistant – Assistant to Senior Leader – Contract Role
Location: Broughton, Chester (Onsite)
Contract Length: 12 months
Pay Rate: £14.95 per hour (PAYE)
A new position has become available with one of our clients in Broughton for a proactive and organised Business Support Assistant to support a Senior Leader and their team.
As the Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the team operating efficiently through effective diary management, logistical support, and coordination of meetings and projects. We're looking for someone dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient diary and calendar management
Coordinating and organising meetings and events
Providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support
Supporting ad-hoc projects and team initiatives
Interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders
About you:
A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

3-5 years' experience in a similar role OR a recent business graduate
