Job Description
We are working with a growing Top 40 accountancy practice that is currently hiring a Business Support Administrator to join their Operations team in Paulton.
This opportunity is ideal for either:
An entry-level administrator looking to develop a long-term career, or
A more experienced administrator seeking part time flexibility within a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across departments (eg, billing, filing, booking meeting rooms, holiday cover)
Handle client onboarding and adhere to compliance procedures (including AML checks)
Use the Business Support Helpdesk Ticketing system to manage tasks
Meet and greet office visitors and handle front-of-house duties
Assist in the planning and support of internal and external events
Ensure excellent client experience, both in person and over the phone
Support with office upkeep and occasional project-based work
What We're Looking For
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 5 or above)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to new software
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a team-first mindset
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment (preferred)
