JM Fundraising Ltd is currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing fundraising team, representing Sue Ryder, a respected UK charity providing expert palliative care and bereavement support to people facing life-limiting illnesses.

About the Role

As a Charity Fundraiser, you will play an important role in helping raise vital funds that support individuals and families during difficult times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with members of the public door-to-door, at events, and in venue locations
  • Promoting and signing supporters up to weekly lottery or hospice sponsorship programmes
  • Using strong communication skills to inspire ongoing financial support for the charity
  • Representing the charity in a professional, positive, and passionate manner

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience in sales, utilities, fundraising, customer service, or face-to-face marketing is beneficial but not essential
  • No formal qualifications required - full training is provided

What We Offer

  • 25 hours per week
  • National Minimum Wage
  • Weekly Pay
  • On target earnings £30,000 - £40,000
  • Uncapped commission once target is hit
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Day in lieu provided if working a bank holiday
