Support the development and distribution of investment communications for the marketing and promotion of the IMS funds to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Communications & Content Creation
- Continue to develop and deliver the investment communications strategy for the IMS funds.
- Produce and update client content for the IMS funds mainly in the form of external presentations, written and video commentary and FAQ materials.
- Support the production of detailed investment communications internally to articulate and explain the strategy and approach of the IMS funds.
- SharePoint Management
- Develop and evolve the IMS SharePoint page to reflect the needs and requirements of investment managers.
- Ensure that all data and documents within the IMS SharePoint page are updated and accurate.
- Business Development
- Support investment managers on client enquiries for new and existing IMS clients.
- Develop and update a template to support investment managers on Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
- Act as a point of contact for investments managers on ad hoc IMS requests or queries.
- Engage in marketing activities and organised client functions.
- Reporting and Administration
- Liaise with external sources on fund data and performance reporting for IMS funds.
- Liaise with internal teams on the production of all regulatory and administrative documents related to the IMS funds.
- Support the management and production of external regulatory reports on IMS funds.
- Strategy
- Contribute to developing the IMS investment strategy where appropriate.
- Participate actively in the Firm’s projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Preferably educated to degree level.
- Passed or working towards the CISI IAD or equivalent RDR compliant qualification.
- Analytical and numerate.
- Good financial literacy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative.
- Commercially focussed.
