Work as part of the team to ensure the timely and accurate onboarding of new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve new client documentation including carrying out relevant AML/KYC/Identity checks.
- Ensure correct escalation routes are adhered to when dealing with higher risk or complex cases.
- Provide guidance (within the scope of your personal regulatory knowledge and training) to the Investment Management and Operations Departments in relation to regulatory requirements and relevant JM Finn policies and procedures.
- Ensure all team queries and tasks are dealt with in a positive and timely manner.
- In addition to the above functions, employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years work experience within the relevant field and be able to demonstrate transferrable skills and behaviours.
- GCSE Grade C English & Maths.
- Communication – both written and oral.
- Problem Solving / ability to use one’s own initiative.
- IT/relevant systems knowledge.
